About Us
In 1967, we started to work in the poultry industry as a chicken feed producer under the name “Doğan Tavuk Evi”, continued in many fields of poultry industry in the upcoming years.
In 1984, the first export business was for Iraq and 60 million eggs were exported to Iraq Markets. After having experienced in poultry industry, we composed the opportunities of the international markets, we ran live birds business in Georgia, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan and Northern Iraq.
In 2005, the company name was changed as “Yelkenler Tavukçuluk”.
Our business is for African Markets which started in 2008, still being worked with around 15 countries.
Our company has added different dimension to the hen business through a new slaughterhouse that constructed in 2013 and opened in the last quarter of 2014.
We opened a new era in our new plant, we produce hen product in high quality and according to the Islamic Rules under the name of Yelpi brand and also do the other brands of our regular customers. We have HACCP, ISO 22000-2005 Food Safety, TSE Standards, European Compatibility and Halal Certificate.
Over 50 years experience and by investing in a human and technology, Yelpi considers quality and builds up the market through the mission and vision it has.
